If you're looking for treatment in the Los Angeles this is the spot! I recently completed a recovery program at 1 Method, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The staff was incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly. They really do care. The houses are comfortable, and the program was tailored to my individual needs. My team was extremely supportive and helped me through every transition that I faced emotionally and logistically. Overall, I appreciate how the program focuses on addressing not just my mental health but also my physical health. My favorite part of the program is the fitness aspect with the ability to select a personal trainer 4x a week. I never felt restricted during my stay, and I was able to focus on my recovery. I was able to have my phone and laptop during treatment, and the location in West LA gives plenty of opportunity to integrate recovery with everything that LA has to offer.I've been able to build a solid recovery with their help while introducing me to so many new experiences. I highly recommend 1 Method to anyone looking for a cool and supportive environment to recover.
