Alcohol
Abhasa is a home away from home for women trying to get sober. The professional employees put their hearts into their work, and it shows in the quality of their facilities. I can't say enough good things about Abhasa—from quiet places to meditate and practice yoga to group activities like movie nights and spa days. The warmth of the family atmosphere is felt, and you won't want to leave after meeting each of the lovely women that work there. There is no better place to find the support you need while you or a loved one make the change to a healthier lifestyle.

Depression
Very comfortable and safe enviroment for women. The treatment is very different from other rehabs and they have evidence based approach. Definitely helps. Dr Naveen is one of the best psychiatrist we have met. It is very rare to see a psychiatrist to spend hours with clients during consultation but he does that with ease, he also spends enough time with family to understand the family dynamics and beautifully explains. Highly recommended.

My sister who has been struggling for a while has consented to check out this service I found for her. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff's genuine understanding and kindness towards her, cause we at home had no idea how to help her. Their dedication to ensuring that she received the assistance she required helped her get back on track. We could see and feel commendable changes after she returned. I would like to thank the entire team for their support.

I found this to be the greatest treatment facility I've ever been to, in part because of my own preparation but mainly because of the unique program for each individual. It's the best care I've ever received, and I hope to have the pleasure of working with kind and considerate team members.
