Located in the beautiful Wasatch mountain range, Alpine Recovery provides residential treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The Alpine Recovery program takes place in a beautiful mountain chalet with incredible views. Alpine Recovery can house up to 16 clients at a time and offers intimate group therapy sessions. The house is fully equipped with modern furnishing and provides shared accommodations. A gourmet chef prepares all meals and customizes meal plans according to clients’ dietary restrictions and nutritional needs. Personal electronics such as laptops and cell phones are not permitted.

Clients commit to a 30 day plan initially, but this can be extended depending on the individual's specific needs. A typical day begins with a trip to a nearby gym, followed by individual therapy using cognitive and behavioral techniques along with mindfulness training. During treatment, clients attend group therapy 3 times a day and have individual therapy at least once a week. Faith-based counseling is available for those who wish to practice latter day saints (LDS) teachings. Clients will also engage in experiential therapy through nature activities and yoga. Families are encouraged to take an active role in recovery through family counseling and weekly support groups. For aftercare, the treatment team works with each client to identify outpatient programs and therapists in their area.

The Alpine Recovery Lodge has been providing holistic addiction care since 2012. They are accredited by the Joint Commission and accept most prove insurance.

Sober Living
Not Offered at This Center
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.

Virtual & In-Home Care

I cannot thank Alpine enough. My husband absolutely loved the place. He came out a new person. He said everyone treated him as a family, everyone was extremely understanding and helpful. Which made it easier to go through something so difficult. He was treated with love! I am pretty sure part of him didn't even want to leave:) Thank you all alpine staff!

Upon arriving at Alpine Recovery Lodge I was unaware how much help I really needed. It took a good 30 days to realize it, but I was sick. I was also unaware that I had some mental health problems and the help I received with those has made a drastic improvement on how I look at life and how I look at myself. Through the staff I was able to learn how to love myself again and enjoy life.

I first came in super paranoid and they welcomed me with open arms. I loved the staff, they helped me realize that I had a drug problem more than I thought I did. Alpine has helped me out tremendously, they care about your needs and your individual situations. It's like a family here, we all care for each other, even the staff. Everything is positive and upbeat around here and the honesty is amazing.
