I admitted myself into treatment at Lighthouse and was greeted kindly by the staff. I remember feeling a little confused by what I was supposed to do or the general rules of the entire complex at first. The support staff were kind and forthcoming with information when in the know. The counselors were helpful in providing guidance. The group sessions were repetitive and scheduled throughout the day and evening. The gym and other off site activities provide something to look forward to. My therapist was amazing and the counselors are experienced and helpful. I would definitely recommend this facility to friends and family. Sobriety has changed my outlook on life, and what a relief. The Lighthouse was a good place to start this journey.

The Anaheim Lighthouse saved me. They gave me the tools to prepare myself for the outside world to stay sober. The staff was amazing and my well being was their # priority. I have been out of rehab for 1 month and they call me weekly to check on my progress. I learned so much from The Lighthouse and I owe my life to them.
