AnchorPoint helps men break free from addiction, trauma, PTSD, and the deep emotional pain that so often drives substance use. They offer a full range of care—starting with residential treatment and continuing with outpatient care at their sister facility, Holdfast. Their treatment isn’t just about getting sober—it’s about finding freedom and stepping into God’s purpose.

Create a Life of Freedom and Purpose

Treatment at AnchorPoint is deeply personal, Christ-centered, and built to empower men to create real change. They use a NeuroFaith model, which combines brain science, trauma research, and Biblical truth to get to the root of what’s going on. The team helps men work through their emotional pain, calm their nervous system, and rebuild relationships that addiction may have damaged. Along the way, clients learn to communicate better, handle tough emotions, and practice mindfulness.

Find Brotherhood in a Safe, Welcoming Space

The spaces at AnchorPoint are warm and welcoming—built for brotherhood. With cozy bedrooms, common areas, and access to outdoor adventures like kayaking, hiking, and fitness activities, men get the chance to reconnect with themselves and others in a safe environment.

Build Stability with Ongoing Care

After treatment ends, about 90% of clients continue their healing at their step-down facility Holdfast. Outpatient care here typically lasts around 90 days, however they walk with men as long as they need treatment. After outpatient ends, they help clients find sponsors, plug them into sober living homes, and connect them with trusted medical providers.

Experience Christian Based Healing
Experience Christian Based Healing
AnchorPoint doesn’t just provide treatment, they provide transformational experiences where men come to heal from the inside out and not just stop harmful habits. The team strives to help clients find sobriety through developing strong relationships with Christ through their NeuroFaith model, which includes therapies that contribute to transformation. Clients learn simple tools to calm their minds and build freedom in Christ. They also explore the hidden parts of themselves—and invite Christ into those places. They then rebuild trust with family members and learn to experience healthy, safe connections.
Step into a Supportive Brotherhood for First Responders
Step into a Supportive Brotherhood for First Responders
Brendan, the co-founder of AnchorPoint, has lived experience battling with addiction. As a firefighter, he survived the deadliest fire service tragedy since 9/11, losing 19 of his brothers that day. His story, told in My Lost Brothers and the movie Only the Brave is powerful, but what people don’t see is the pain that came after. Brendan faced crippling depression, PTSD, and addiction following this tragedy. His recovery took therapy, community, and a deep faith in Christ. The team knows the culture and pressure of being a first responder, and are committed to walk with men toward freedom.
Embrace Physical Wellness
Embrace Physical Wellness
There is power in stepping out of the city and into the mountains. Prescott, Arizona is a rugged mountain town, creating the perfect space for men to reconnect with what really matters. Outside the 4 walls of the center, clients kayak across clear lakes, hike through pine forests, and push their bodies in ways that feel good and life-giving.
Calm the Body & Heal the Heart with Trauma Treatment
Calm the Body & Heal the Heart with Trauma Treatment
At AnchorPoint, they get that addiction is often just the surface—it’s what’s underneath that really needs healing. A lot of men carry deep, unresolved trauma, and until that pain is faced, lasting recovery can feel out of reach. AnchorPoint focuses on treating the root, not just the symptoms using their NeuroFaith model and eye movement therapy (EMDR). Through these methods, clients safely process trauma, regulate their nervous system, and connect with their identity in Christ.
