About Aroha Rehab
Aroha Rehabilitation Centre offers multiple levels of care for substance use and mental health conditions outside of Delhi. They provide medically supervised detox, residential care, day treatment (or partial hospitalization), and intensive outpatient care (IOP). Treating Addiction and Mental Health
In addition to treating co-occurring disorders, Aroha Rehabilitation Centre can treat primary substance use and primary mental health. They help clients recover from alcohol addiction, benzodiazepine addiction, cocaine addiction, opioid addiction, heroin addiction, methamphetamine addiction, prescription drug addiction, and marijuana addiction. If needed, clients may receive medication-assisted treatment. Aroha can help clients heal from primary mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, bipolar, suicidality, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and trauma. Aroha can additionally treat process addictions such as gambling addiction, gaming addiction, sex addiction, and internet addiction.
Comprehensive Care
Aroha Rehabilitation Centre strives to ensure that each client receives individualized care, which is why they have a 3:1 staff-to-client ratio and group therapy with no more than 8 clients. They provide acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy (ITP), rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). Aroha also provides couples and family therapy, along with family visitations. Their program focuses on 12-Step philosophy and has AA meetings on-site.
