Review from Rehabs.com

So I don't recommend a teen going here at all. I went here and this place did educate me some but barely anything compared to another treatment center I went to. They did not include anything about AA or NA. The staff did not take us or hold any AA/NA meetings. That is very important for recovery, rehab will not just get you sober. After you leave rehab is where most of your skills come to play. I have some people that attended this place at the same time as me on social media and literally only or two out of the whole group of boys and girls including myself is sober today. Most of the staff members were very kind and nice. Also when you enter the treatment center a inspection of your belongings plus clothes you wear into there is suppose to happen. I know my belongings were inspected but somehow when I was taking my stuff out. One of the pills I had been using fell on the floor. During most of the afternoon groups, therapists would put on movies. A educational or related movie is important sometimes but not almost every session. On top of that, the counselor and I never covered any ground work. I was there for 70 ish days and I maybe saw my counselor once a week if that. When seeing her she was very kind and nice but I don't think she was attentive and or even began to start a healing process for me. The only positive thing I can say about this experience is that the BHT (health technicians) well most of them were nice except a few and the teacher was also very nice. This place isn't horrible but it could do a ton of improvement for preparing teens to going to the outside world, introducing them to outside meetings, introducing them to the steps of aa/na, and teaching more coping skills.

Review from Rehabs.com

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!!! I attended this rehab in June of last year and stayed around 45 days. It was a horrible experience for both me and my family. The staff members were bullies to their patients and we were constantly neglected a variety of times. We were left alone at times, and we couldn’t join the other kids on outings due to understaffing. The directors and higher ups were very secretive and inconsistent with the information they gave both parents and patient. The admissions director) contributes a huge amount to the corruption within this facility. She is a manipulative sales representative who will see your child merely as a profit to her business as she did me. If i could give them lower than one star i would. I would not recommend this rehab to anyone.

We love hearing about your treatment experience
