Private, quiet, no insistence on the dreaded group therapy (which is a show-stopper for me). Lovely staff, food and excellent accommodation. After a week on medical detox I was able to go exercising and that was great. There really is nothing to criticise except lack of aftercare. That was fatal in terms of my relapse.

Stayed in cottages next to the manor. Got told the day before leaving that I should start using again. Wasted 7.5k to be told this. Spent 3 weeks in sessions, not using at all, then to be told to use again, the day before leaving, by a therapist. This sent me in a whirlwind of confusion. Have lost all trust in therapy.
