Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Sober Living
Not Offered at This Center
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.
Day Treatment

Licensed Primary Mental Health
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Co-Occurring Disorders
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

I had to wait 2 weeks to get a bed at the retreat center. Once I arrived, everyone was welcoming and extremely sweet. The therapy sessions were, for the most part, very helpful, especially open-topic. Nobody is judging and the Staff/Psychiatrics aren't judgemental. I've improved my mental and physical health from the time being. I'm only 13, turning 14 in July, and this is my second time going to this retreat. I've met some great people along the way during my stay, in which I still keep in-contact with. Overall, I do believe I have improved from my stay, yet the expenses are outrageous, we've already paid 30k+ from a 2 week stay, and they are still charging us more. Luckily, our insurance covers most of it, but from pocket, we are still paying 9k+.

Review from Rehabs.com

Would NOT recommend this facility at all. My adult child was admitted for severe depression and other issues. No individual therapy was provided, only group sessions. The doctor blatantly refused to fill out paperwork related to insurance. This has caused extreme anxiety and further depression. No patient should have that burden to bear when they are trying to recover. Also, patients with extremely different levels of need (some who were very agitated and aggressive) were grouped together making it a very scary place to be. There are bars on the windows and very little outdoor time is allowed. DO NOT go by their little informational video on the main page. None of those services (fly fishing, pet therapy, art therapy, etc) are provided. The best thing about the place was the food. My child will basically be starting all over again at a different facility.

Never leave your adolescent child here, it was our last resort and in hindsight we never should’ve walked away from the facility. Biggest regret in my entire life. Don’t use it.

Review from Rehabs.com

My daughter has been twice and neither time have they done anything except coach her on what to do and say in order to get released. Any time I was able to get in touch with her for phone calls, she was in a common room with so much background noise we weren’t able to really talk. I pray we find a facility where she can get the support she needs, because it wasn’t Brattleboro.
