Bridges of Hope is a dual diagnosis adult substance abuse program. Bridges of Hope offers a full continuum of services including medical detox, residential care, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient services. Long-term or short-term patient care is available. The treatment program usually lasts 28 days. The Bridges of Hope program teaches people how to re-socialize in a healthy way. Individuals will be a member of a community of like-minded people going through the same thing because the setting is fairly regimented with 24-hour care. Individual and group counseling, as well as motivational interviewing (MI), 12-Step facilitation, eye movement therapy (EMDR), and other therapies, will be available to clients. Bridges of Hope's 3-tier approach continues with outpatient treatment once clients have completed the residential recovery program to ensure long-term recovery. Family support is an important part of the rehabilitation process, and family visitation as well as counseling are always encouraged.

Bridges of Hope is located in Anderson, Indiana. The expansive facility offers spacious bedroom quarters and lounge area perfect for relaxing. The serene grounds have a large pond, an indoor volleyball and basketball court, a state-of-the-art gym, and plenty of green space for meditative walks. Bridges of Hope is accredited by the Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.

I just want to thank Bridges of Hope for everything they have done for me and my recovery. My life now compared to before I went to Bridges of Hope is AMAZING! I didn't know how to live and honestly I didn't know if I even wanted to. Bridges of Hope gave me the strength, knowledge and tools I needed to be able to live a productive and fulfilling life! From the second I walked into the beautiful Bridges of Hope facility, I felt at home. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. When I wasn't receiving a 1 on 1 therapy session with my individual therapist or attending group therapy there were many other things to do. From the full size basketball court, to the on-site gym, rec room and cafeteria, my time was well spent. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude to everyone at Bridges of Hope for giving me my life back. ~One day at a time~
