Provider's Policy

An in-network provider than accepts most commercial insurances.

At BriteLife Recovery, clients come to heal from substance use and the mental health challenges that often tag along, and they’re met with care that feels human and supportive. Clients move through detox and into a residential program that’s designed to help them breathe again. Everything is built around real connection: evidence-based therapy, experiential groups, and nature-infused practices that help clients reclaim a life that feels like theirs.

Grow Alongside Others on the Same Journey

Treatment is built on the belief that real healing happens in connection with self, others, and the world. While clients receive individual therapy twice a week, the heart of the work takes place in small, experiential groups where clients can finally feel seen, understood, and supported. These groups blend relational trauma work, acceptance and commitment therapy, and shame and vulnerability healing, all held in gender-specific settings of just 12–14 clients.

Launch into the Next Chapter with Confidence

From the moment someone enters treatment, the team is already thinking about life after BriteLife, making sure each person has a plan that fits who they are. The client services team works like detectives, gathering the details that matter and guiding clients toward the right steps for their next chapter. And once clients leave, the alumni program keeps that connection alive through weekly Zoom meetings and quarterly in-person events.

Families join in cohorts, build community, and can stay in the support group for as long as they need.
Experience Healing in a Place that Feels like Retreat
Experience Healing in a Place that Feels like Retreat
Set among palms and coastal air, the facility combines modern living spaces with restorative activities like yoga, sound healing, and time spent outdoors. Clients settle into their bedrooms and follow a daily rhythm that feels structured without being clinical. Everything on site is built to help clients feel supported and at ease, giving them space to regain a steadier outlook.
Let Nature Guide Recovery
Let Nature Guide Recovery
Instead of being tucked inside all day, clients head outdoors to walk, breathe, and slow down. The fresh air and open space take the edge off. It’s a simple shift that makes real therapy work feel more approachable. And the best part is that this connection to nature doesn’t end when treatment does; clients learn how to lean on the outdoors as a grounding tool they can return to anytime life starts to feel heavy again.
Find Steady Ground through Mind-Body Healing
Find Steady Ground through Mind-Body Healing
Alongside clinical therapy, clients are invited to slow down with yoga, ease their minds with mindfulness, unwind in the salt room, and reconnect with nature in grounding, meaningful ways. These experiences help steady the nervous system and remind clients what it feels like to feel good and centered again.
