My experience at CBH was absolutely amazing. The staff is so caring and puts in a lot of effort to ensure you are comfortable. The group therapy and individual therapy were very helpful. The rooms are very nice and the food is delicious. We got to go on many fun outings to see that we can have fun sober. CBH played a huge part in my recovery and still does as they regularly check in with me now that I am home. They also do a great job helping with aftercare and set you up for success. I am so grateful for this experience. Thank you CBH!

Small rehab facility encompassing mind, body and spirit. Individual therapy, small groups, fun outings, great food and friendly staff. You will get out of this what you put into it. I came here for alcohol and after a long relapse. The program is not 12-step focused but offers various perspectives on recovery. Transportation to evening 12 step meetings is available. As a long time 12 stepper, I found the program to be a beneficial addition to the 12 step approach. Recommended for those looking to address behavioral/emotional issues in addition to addiction issues.

The staff were very helpful and professional. The program has a nice structure to it but not overly rigid or strict so as to be a turn off. Their content is delivered in a variety of formats (group classes, outings). Exercise and healthy eating are encouraged. Overall. good mental along withphysical health is promoted. They work with you on your schedule. My individual therapist has been great in the one on one sessions but the others have been there for me when I needed them.

This was my first time going to a rehab facility and I found myself feeling so fortunate that it was CBH in Palm Springs. It is a judgement-free zone the entire stay. All staff members (nursing, therapists, chefs, housekeeping, maintenance and the COO) excelled in their roles. Anxious and terrified quickly turned into a feeling of home away from home.
