Although the counselors and therapists were great, and I got a lot out of the program, I have to be honest and say that there were things left to be desired. Several of my belongings came up missing, there was very little contact with any doctors (10 minutes a week), no communication about my medication, the food was either something defrosted or made by a "cook" who was not good at it, the jacuzzi doesn't work, my mattress was a 4" innerspring on a metal cot, and I would say that it was overall a disappointment. That being said, it was a good program and it helped me a lot, so if you aren't worried about amenities, I would recommend it.
