Clients will have weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions with a supportive curriculum to ensure success. Recovery coaches are also available 24/7 for crisis intervention and support.

A Safe and Comfortable Environment

After a 7-day blackout period, clients can call a therapist for 15 minutes a week.

Family Support

After a 10-day blackout period, clients can have 2 visitors a week on Fridays from 3 to 5. Both visitors must come at the same time and be at least 13 years old.

Intensive Outpatient Care Morning or Evening

Clients can come for intensive outpatient care on Tuesdays through Thursdays from either 9 a.m. to noon or 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The IOP sessions are in the fireplace room with its own entrance on the far-left side of the building.

Review from Rehabs.com

I will say the techs, group and individual therapists are amazing. Food could be better, but I am a very picky person and do not eat red meat or pork. If that is your case, get used to terrible veggie or black bean burgers. Once you leave, while IOP is awesome, the individual responsible for extending care is terrible. I loved and needed IOP, but the employee responsible for calling my insurance did not do his job. Once "denied" additional days I called my insurance only to learn I would have been approved, but no one from Landmark called to request more days. I also need to know why I was charged for medications I never took. I had to pay $320+ to a company called Omnicare to cover meds. I was not sent home with all of the meds "I took" including cough drops. I was sent home with a pack of 5 out of 30 cough drops. Funny, when I asked for a cough drop, I was told there weren't any. Who took my 25? Other patients or staff? I want every pill I paid for returned to me. I could go on about the wing smelling like sewage, having techs walk into my room without knocking, techs asking me to edit their papers, finding 6 razors in the 4 showers and being told I would be in a wing with all females when that was not the case, but why digress? No one from Landmark will return my calls. It is a business. I was told that by financial several times. Just be safe and know what you are getting into.

Facility is clean there is a gross smell tho. The techs are supportive and understanding. It would be better if they weren't on their phones all the time. More like high school mentality sometimes. I would tell someone this is one of the better ones tho.

management doesn't really have a clue what then residents want or need. Tech's and therapists have a true concern about the residents and are willing to make them as comfortable as possible. Not Management!!! I personally have spoken to several tech's who are considering a change of employment because of poor management, bad decision making.
