Alcohol
My wife went to Charles River in 2024 for the second time as sometimes as it is it takes more than once to get what you need to find your way to your recovery. My wife knew she needed to go back to rehab and she knew there wasn't any place else other than Charles River. She felt safe & Cared for there which was very important as I wasn't able to be there when she entered Charles River this second time. But even though I wasn't physically there I was able to stay in contact with the staff and voice my concerns and I felt that my wife was in very professional and caring people. They truly cared about how she was doing and progressing and that was their only concern. They were there every step of the way and have still been a big part of her after care. I know of what I speak as I have been on both sides of the aisle.

I had a small orange Las Vegas purse and cellphone headphones when I arrived. These items were never returned to me, and I can't seem to get anyone to return a call or email. I am thankful for this place, as I am now 3 weeks sober. I would simply like my items returned to me. My outpatient program was suppoed be 6p to 9p at night virtually. I was promised this, but after my release Springhill Recovery was unable to accomadate, so I did not get to do the out patient program. I think there was miscomunication somewhere.
