Delamere Health
About Delamere Health
Delamere Health brings about profound personal transformations from substance use, process, and behavioural addictions through detox and residential care. Guided by experienced and compassionate experts, clients co-create their treatment plan, combining the latest therapeutic, somatic, and healing practices. Located in rural Cheshire, their tranquil setting fosters an environment of positivity and progress from the moment clients arrive.
Build a Stronger Future in 4 Stages
Delamere Health helps clients achieve change, growth, and healing by treating the whole person rather than just the immediate problem area or symptom. Treatment begins with the ‘Stop’ stage to ensure a safe and effective withdrawal under the care of a 24-hour medical team. During ‘Start’ clients identify the psychological underpinnings of their dependency. ‘Grow’ integrates the learning experience into life after treatment. And ‘Bloom’ offers intensive weekly support for the first three months after clients return home.
Understand the Past & Find a Way Forward
Delamere Health’s intensive, structured therapy programme gives clients opportunities to talk through their problems with four 1:1 sessions per week, and group and family sessions, giving them the space to be honest with themselves and those around them. Throughout their stay, clients acquire a set of tools they can continue to use to protect and maintain their sobriety after treatment.
Heal in Tranquil, Award-Winning Facilities
Recently voted Best Amazing Space in the Northern Design Awards, Delamere Health feels like a modern boutique hotel. Set amidst six acres of landscaped grounds beside a forest, it is intimate, imaginative and impressively equipped. Attractively designed en-suite bedrooms are complemented by comfortable communal spaces and unexpected amenities like an art studio, gym, yurt and movie theatre. Wi-fi is available throughout (clients can keep their devices), entertainment is varied, and meals are home-cooked and nutritious. Free transport collection is available from anywhere in the UK and any airport.
Stay Anchored to Support After Treatment
Whether a client is a parent, retired, returning to or looking for work, or planning to attend education, Delamere Health will create a detailed aftercare plan suited to their individual circumstances. Their 12-month aftercare module offers weekly therapy groups, connection days and remote support for all clients who complete our treatment programmes.
