Provider's Policy

We accept most private insurance policies and depending on the coverage, insurance can cover up to 100% of treatment costs.

Music City Detox helps adults struggling with alcohol, opioids, benzos, stimulants, and other substances take that crucial first step into recovery in a safe, medically supported setting. Clients typically begin with detox for 7-10 days and 21 days of residential care, then are guided into the next level of support so they’re not struggling once withdrawal is over.

Look Beneath the Addiction to What Hurts

Music City Detox approaches treatment with the belief that real change starts the moment someone reaches out for help, and that no one heals through shame or judgment. Instead of treating addiction as the problem itself, the team looks deeper, understanding that substance use is often a response to trauma, mental health struggles, and feeling disconnected from others. From day one, clients receive a trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment plan built just for them.

Settle into Comfort while Healing

Clients share semi-private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and TV. Throughout the facility, there’s a ping pong room, a video game room with a PS5, and multiple community spaces where people can hang out. A gym helps clients move their bodies and burn off stress, while 24/7 access to snacks makes it easy to grab something when hunger hits. And during free time, clients are also able to smoke or vape in designated areas.

Follow a Clear Roadmap after Discharge

From the start, each person is paired with a case manager and therapist who get to know their story and their goals. As discharge approaches, that team works closely with trusted referral partners to line up the next right step—whether that’s residential treatment, an IOP, outpatient therapy, sober living, or a mix of supports.

Testimonial
I have been fighting addiction for 15 years and I can say this is the only program where I felt heard. The groups led by Monica helped me more than she could ever know. Groups that taught me so much and will stay with me long after leaving the program. Than the therapy I received there with my therapist Breanna was exactly what I needed. She gave me so many different coping skills that I seriously have used almost daily. I felt heard and before I knew it I had worked thru issues I have held onto forever. I never thought it was possible. Finally Sarah my caseworker. She went above and beyond for me. There was an issue with my insurance and I was dropped, she worked relentlessly til she found an insurance for me so I was covered. I cant say enough about this program. If you are ready, this is the program for you!

Use Tech in Ways that Support Recovery
Use Tech in Ways that Support Recovery
Music City Detox offers a flexible, but structured, tech policy: clients get one phone call during detox and two phone calls a week during residential, so they can check in with kids, partners, or loved ones without feeling pulled back into stress. For those who truly need it for work, they’ll do their best to accommodate reasonable requests for laptop access.
Sink into Stillness with BioSound Therapy
Sink into Stillness with BioSound Therapy
During the 30-minute BioSound therapy sessions, clients lie back while gentle vibrations, calming sound, and sometimes guided imagery work together to ease anxiety. Many people describe it as finally “exhaling” after being stuck in fight-or-flight for far too long.
Reconnect as a Family, One Conversation at a Time
Reconnect as a Family, One Conversation at a Time
In family therapy sessions, loved ones sit down with a therapist who helps everyone talk honestly and listen without attacking. Instead of walking on eggshells or arguing in circles, families learn how to support recovery in ways that help. Over time, each person can start to feel less alone in what they’ve been carrying.
Use Music to Move through Cravings
Use Music to Move through Cravings
Music therapy offers a simple, low-pressure way for clients to calm their bodies and process emotions. In small groups, a staff member plays guitar and leads music-based activities that don’t require any musical talent. Through familiar songs, gentle live music, and shared experiences, clients often find words for feelings they’ve never been able to explain.
