Levels of Care

Everyone's recovery journey is unique. Whether it looks like residential rehab for 30 days, an outpatient program, or virtual therapy, you can find a level of care that fits your needs.
Detox
Typically the initial stage of treatment for substance use, focusing on medically supervised management of withdrawal symptoms.
Residential Rehab
Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
Sober Living
Not Offered at This Center
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.

The delivery of therapeutic services utilizing technology such as video conferencing, online messaging or phone calls, allowing for flexibility, comfort and increased access to care.
Co-Occurring Mental Health
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

I've been to too many treatment centers and they're all the same, they want money and beds filled. Royal was nothing like those places. Accommodations were very nice and clean, staff was helpful and knowledgable, but most of al they care. My therapist stayed in close contact with my family and updated them regularly. Staff was always willing to help as long as you followed rules (very basic, don't act out). Everyone kew my name and story and genuinely wanted to help. When I couldn't afford aftercare they scholarshiped me because they knew how badly I wanted it. Three years later my life looks completely different, I can never repay royal for everything they've done for me and my family.

Review from Rehabs.com

The staff admitted me into the program aware that my AFIB could kick in during the detox process. They also knew that I was taking medication (Sotalol) to regulate my heart beat. After 1 night, not even 24 hours in the facility, the staff came into the room and said I needed to go to the VA hospital because they didn't have proper equipment or staff to handle my condition if it did kick in. They also said I would get a full refund. They drove me to the VA hospital and dropped me off. 2 weeks later I called to ask where my refund was. They stated they would only refund 65% and sent a check. Another words be aware that this company can admit you then take your money after kicking you out.

Caring, well structured good follow up. This treatment facility and its caring workers truly saved my life. However, I did not appreciate peers running the groups.
