I went to this place for treatment, sat through the 2 hour intake process, and was told I’d receive treatment. After a couple months of calling them to find out what was going on, and after receiving no calls, emails, or texts from them, the supervisor told me I’d been removed from the program because I ‘kept changing appointment times,’ which is clearly untrue. I’m not sure what happened exactly, but they were rude and incredibly unhelpful.

I would never recommend this treatment facility to ANYONE. If there is any other option for anyone that really needs treatment I would suggest that they are looked into before making the decision to go to Naomi's Nest. This is the most unorganized band ineffective treatment I have experienced. Most of the staff is amazing, with the exception of a few staff members who make it miserable to be there (the house manager in partucular). She is very unapproachable, and has a very rude tone of voice at all times. As far as the rest of the staff, they are kind, but some of them still don't know how to do their job. Even though most of the staff is great, no one knows how to run this facility. It's sad, because they have the potential to be a successful treatment center. They just don't know how to do it. They need to make some major changes if they want to to be able to give the clients the help they so desperately need.
