Some of the staff members were very kind & U could tell they cared. However this place felt dangerous, & it caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Not an appropriate environment 4 healing. There were violent fights, screaming, & the food was unhealthy.

I highly suggest to not send your loved ones to this horrible place. My Daughter spent a month here and through her whole treatment I had to call the director a few times, they violated my adult child’s rights. I came weekly to drop off snacks and things to keep her occupied and they constantly were disrespectful, on thanksgiving day a staff member yelled at my daughter as I was on the phone! I still can’t believe the lack of respect they show for these vulnerable woman simply trying to recover the staff should be therapeutic ! Thanks to my daughter counselor Patty The staff had to apologize to me and my daughter and that’s the only reason they’re getting a one star from me.

I was told that some of the girls didn't like my counselor but she was a perfect fit for me. I took advantage of every opportunity the program offered and stayed as long as I felt necessary for me to feel comfortable to go home with confidence. The staff was wonderful, helpful and respectful. I hope to be in touch with them through out the future. I highly recommend this facility, it only works if you really want!
