Provider's Policy

FHE Health accepts many insurance providers.

For over 25 years, FHE Health has served as a steady anchor for people navigating the storms of addiction and mental health. Located in South Florida, they provide a full medical home that stays with clients through every step: from the initial safety of medically supervised detox and residential stays to the flexible support of outpatient care.

Combine Neuroscience with a Highly Personal Touch

FHE Health has moved past the "revolving door" model of rehab by treating the brain as a physical organ that needs biological healing. By using neuro-rehabilitation and quantitative science to rewire misfiring connections, they help clients gain the physical ability to regulate their emotions. It’s a highly coordinated effort where doctoral-level experts stay in constant sync, so the client never falls through the cracks.

Balance Intensive Healing with Daily Comforts

FHE’s space feels like a modern community where clients have room to breathe. The bedrooms are semi-private and comfortable, and the lounges are built for human connection, whether just hanging out or grabbing a smoothie at the bar. The standout is their health and wellness center, which is not just an average gym. With pro-grade equipment, volleyball courts, and personal trainers, it’s a place where people can burn off steam and start feeling strong again.

Equip the Next Chapter with a Full Library of Tools

At FHE, graduation is just the beginning of a lifelong community. The dedicated alumni team stays close through weekly Zoom meetings, monthly check-ins, and a 24/7 support hotline to make sure everyone has the tools they need. From retreats at a nearby camp to celebrating milestones with challenge coins and medallions, this community emphasizes that recovery is a journey best traveled together.

Retrain the Brain to Find a Natural State of Calm
Retrain the Brain to Find a Natural State of Calm
FHE moves beyond traditional talk therapy by using neuroscience to handle the physical side of trauma and addiction. Through brain mapping and neurofeedback, the clinical team can see where the brain is misfiring and use non-invasive tools to help retrain it back to a natural state of calm.
Reset the Mind and Body with Advanced Infusions
Reset the Mind and Body with Advanced Infusions
FHE takes a modern approach to healing by treating the brain and the body together. For those stuck in a mental fog, ketamine infusions offer a reset for treatment-resistant depression, while IV vitamin therapy works to replenish the physical nutrients that years of struggle with addiction or mental health can drain away.
Protect the Wellbeing of the Entire Home
Protect the Wellbeing of the Entire Home
FHE recognizes that the entire family feels the weight when someone they love struggles. Rather than waiting on the sidelines, families can engage in weekly therapy to rebuild trust and set boundaries. With private sessions, Zoom support groups, and a specialized podcast, the program transforms loved ones from bystanders into a team, ensuring every adult’s privacy is respected through consent.
Recover the Person Beneath the Uniform
Recover the Person Beneath the Uniform
Rather than being lost in the crowd, first responders heal within a community of their peers: police, fire, and EMS professionals who speak the same language and understand the weight of the frontline. In this program, they can start processing deep-seated trauma through advanced neuro-rehab and EMDR, two tools designed to unstick heavy memories and rewire the brain for calm.

Sober Companion
A sober companion is an individual who provides 24/7 support and accountability to an individual in recovery, often living with them or accompanying them to help maintain sobriety, especially during crucial transition periods such as after leaving a treatment facility; they offer guidance, encouragement, and assistance in establishing healthy routines to prevent relapse.

Avoid this facility for mental health treatment. The program is subpar, I didn’t see my therapist weekly, as promised, despite raising. They messed up my meds. They are in it for the profit, given the character limit my advice is: DO NOT GO TO FHE

FHE has many great aspects staff have great knowledge on the programs that have been offered. The programs are outstanding Nero I highly recommend I feel some staff are burnt out and shows in the attention of the people some are short with different clients I have noticed some financial issues between what finances tells you and others i.e company needs to hash out this issue maybe find away to try and accommodate the client in the end it’s a business of helping people and the bottom line should not be the issue for cash payment I could be wrong at the way I am looking at the issues what do I know just an old retired veteran

Staff is terrible, I came home with worse ptsd. I was physically attacked by another patient and was sent home without paperwork or discharge papers. My family was never told my treatment plan or of the attack. Over worked understaffed floors mixing of unsupervised patients and the lack of communication makes this a non-functional place
