Review from Rehabs.com

I did my recovery at Fountain Hills and I couldn’t be happier. They were caring and I couldn’t have done my recovery without them. From the very beginning Sandy was amazing and stayed with me by phone until I checked in. She was truly amazing!! The staff at clinical were so great to me and made sure I was ready to go on my own and that I would be safe. That is a caring team of people and they are wonderful. Dr Fetzer was awesome, she listened to my pains and prescribed the perfect non-narcotic pain relief. I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone who would want a caring and effective place to get the best recovery anywhere!! Thank You to everyone that helped me recover, you really are the best!!! Xoxo

Thank you! Strengths: Therapists are amazing, staff is fantastic, really help with mental health issues, beautiful facility. Weakness: Wish there was a chef.

From my experience thus far, the facility is one of the most comfortable and personalized programs you can get. Giving clients comfort without compromising their care. Strengths: Private, Dual diagnosis, comfortable. Weaknesses: Not enough beds to help more people. Would like to see them with more levels of care available to help people.

This place is really special. The staff are absolutely amazing. I've done multiple treatment programs and Fountain Hills is just different. The techs, my therapist, even the owner treated me like a person. Not to mention the facility is gorgeous. Getting clean is so hard, but they made me feel like I matter and that I am able to face life. Thank you to everyone there!

Review from Rehabs.com

There was no individualized treatment plan. It is no more than a 12 step program with AA, CA, NA; all group; no focus on individual issues.. They advertise "...highest level of care with one-on-one attention." I never received anything close to one-on-one anything. On my 4th day, the group "leader" still din't even know my name. I was referred to as "young lady." Never even met a therapist until the day I said I was leaving.

We love hearing about your treatment experience
