About Hanley Center
Hanley Center helps adults regain health and hope through age- and gender-specific care for addiction and mental health. Their peaceful, tropical campus provides a setting where healing feels possible. The Patriots Initiative supports veterans and first responders, while Casa Flores empowers pregnant women and nurtures mother-child bonds. In addition to specialized addiction treatment, Hanley offers a dedicated mental health track, giving clients the opportunity to focus fully on psychiatric needs.
Engage Mind, Body, and Spirit in Healing
Hanley blends medically managed detox with trauma-informed therapies and whole-person healing. Clients engage in approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build healthier habits and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help process trauma. Spiritual care and 12-Step groups support spiritual restoration and peer connection. Hanley’s on-site Center for Brain Recovery enriches care with neurofeedback and psychological testing to promote healing at the brain level, supporting both mind and body.
Heal in an Environment that Restores Peace
The lush, 14-acre campus creates a serene, healing environment. Clients can relax and connect in the gazebo, swim in the palm-lined pool, or reflect while walking the labyrinth. The jogging path and walking trail support overall wellness in recovery, while proximity to St. Mary’s Medical Center ensures emergency support. The admissions team will help coordinate the client’s travel details, including a sober escort and transportation from local airports.
Be Prepared for Long-Term Stability
At Hanley Center, staff begin planning for aftercare from the moment treatment starts. Each patient works closely with an alumni care coordinator and a therapist to build an aftercare plan that fits individual needs. With the patient’s permission, the care coordinator also connects with loved ones and professionals to strengthen support. Plans may include counseling, medical follow-up, family support, safe housing, or peer resources, helping patients stay on track after treatment.
