Provider's Policy

As a member of the Harmony Recovery Group family of treatment programs, we are able to work with many private insurance plans.

Harmony Oaks helps clients build a lasting foundation for recovery through outpatient detox, day treatment (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs. Their flexible continuum of care supports clients with substance use, mental health, and eating disorders. With options for supportive housing, aftercare, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT), Harmony Oaks provides a full spectrum of recovery-focused support that adapts to each client’s unique needs.

Transform Thoughts & Behaviors

The Harmony Oaks program is built upon treatment therapies that are clinically proven. For both addiction and mental health recovery, they emphasize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as a way to alter how clients think about and respond to various situations in life. Clients can also engage in 12-Step facilitation, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery, family counseling, yoga, and music therapy.

Stay in Optional Supportive Housing

The Harmony Oaks clinical campus is only 15 minutes from Chattanooga Airport in the Queen’s Lace residential neighborhood. While in day treatment or IOP for mental health or addiction, clients can stay in partnered supportive housing a short distance away. This community of homes provides a safe, substance-free environment. The houses offer shared bedrooms, full kitchens, and common areas with TVs.

Continue Your Recovery Journey

Harmony Oaks’ aftercare services amplify what clients have learned during their day treatment or IOP. Clients get the chance to put new skills into play inside their family dynamic, at work or at school, and identify any weaknesses. The client can bring these real-world situations into the therapeutic environment to learn from them and correct missteps. This reinforces recovery principles in a way that can’t be recreated inside a treatment center.

I was referred here by another treatment facility and wasn’t sure I wanted to go, but I did, and my experience was nothing short of awesome. I was planning on going to sober living after treatment and the staff and facilities did an amazing job at providing me an introduction to that environment. I still keep in touch with quite a few people I went through Harmony Oaks with, and I’m glad to say, I made some friends that will last a lifetime! 10/10 would recommend for anyone seeking a new way of life away from drugs and alcohol. Thanks Harmony!!

My son was admitted to the facility. From the administrator to the technicians and everyone in between, they had his best interest in mind daily. The therapist are forthright and compassionate not judgmental. As a result, he was able to open up and work toward his goals. I am thankful those who worked with him. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need.
