Healing Pines Recovery provides residential treatment for men on a 40-acre ranch. They welcome a small group of men at a time for highly personalized care. Healing Pines Recovery treats addiction and dual diagnoses with evidence-based therapies, detox, medication-assisted treatment, and various holistic therapies. Men meet 1:1 with a licensed therapist several times a week, and weekly with a psychiatrist.

Evidence-Based Care for Men’s Unique Needs

Healing Pines Recovery creates a safe, accepting space for men to connect and navigate challenges. Their masters-level clinicians lead evidence-based therapies in 1:1 and group settings, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and 12-Step and non-12-Step support groups. Healing Pines Recovery uses evidence-based therapies to treat addiction at its roots and any co-occurring mental illnesses, traumas, and stress.

Holistic Healing in Nature

Men at Healing Pines Recovery enjoy daily holistic and experiential therapies, including physical labor on the ranch. Clients can regularly visit on-site donkeys and dogs. Off site, men can enjoy equine therapy and animal-assisted therapy with llamas, goats, and more. Healing Pines Recovery’s other experiential therapies include hiking, fishing, snowboarding, pickleball, basketball, snowshoeing, mountain biking, and pottery, among others.

Family-Wide Recovery

Healing Pines Recovery provides weekly family therapy and visitation hours. Loved ones can come on-site each Sunday to visit, privately meet with a family therapist, or have a family therapy session with the therapist and their loved ones. Healing Pines Recovery also allows tech use so men can stay in contact with family and any urgent work needs. After completing residential treatment, Healing Pines Recovery connects clients to further care—like intensive outpatient, sober living, or outpatient services.

Stepping foot into Healing Pines was the greatest thing I ever did. Writing this review I have over a year of sobriety, something I never thought was possible but now is thanks to this wonderful place! Being out on the ranch takes you away from the busy life and stress that you have to deal with, and really helps you to focus on your recovery. The many different activities that they offer made each day fun and interesting. The small group setting also made my stay at HPR incredible, it helped me feel more comfortable and really helped my come out of my shell which is hard for me as an introvert. I cant thank Paul and all of the staff at Healing Pines for everything that you do, and have done for me!!

I was very nervous when I first arrived at Healing Pines, but the serene and picturesque setting gave me a sense of tranquility and hope. Nestled in nature, this amazing place provided me a peaceful sanctuary away from the chaos of my life, and the outside world. The peaceful environment, combined with the compassionate staff, created the perfect foundation for my recovery. I’ve experienced several other treatment centers and by far, Healing Pines stands above the rest. The small group size allows a personalized experience, and the team is comprised of dedicated professionals who possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise in addiction treatment. From the therapists to the support staff, everyone demonstrated genuine care and understanding, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness. They treated each individual with respect, recognizing that everyone's path to sobriety is unique. Healing Pines Recovery went above and beyond to create a supportive community that extends far beyond the treatment period. Through relapse prevention strategies, and ongoing support networks, I felt very supported and equipped with the tools and resources necessary to maintain my sobriety and thrive in my newfound way of living. As someone who has personally experienced the profound impact of this facility, I cannot express enough gratitude for the life-changing experience HPR has given me to overcome my addiction. I highly recommend Healing Pines Recovery!

HPR gave me the tools to re-enter the world with confidence in my newfound sobriety. Before making my decision to attend this facility Paul spent multiple hours on the phone with me and my family answering our questions and concerns, and taking time to really get to know me and understand where I was with my addiction. Our phone calls put me at ease. Despite the fact that I had to travel halfway across the country to attend HPR, I went in with an extreme sense of calm and security knowing that Paul and the rest of the HPR staff were there to help me. The program is built to focus on the individual, rather than feeling lost in a crowd of 20-30 people, the house only keeps 6 guys at a time, which made me feel focused on. The smaller group quickly results in the closeness of those at the house. During my stay at HPR, I got incredibly close with my housemates; watching movies, playing disc golf, going on hikes, playing pickle ball, shooting pool, making music together or just sitting out talking by the fire at night, and when I needed alone time, the house is more than big enough for me to step away from the group and have some solitude. When one person would graduate the program, a new member would replace them in a matter of days. I especially enjoyed this because you can quickly go from the "new guy" where everyone is looking after you, making sure you are settled in okay and overall just showing you the ropes, to being one of the guys who is showing the newcomer how thing

Amazing place. The Ranch is on 40 acres and kept spotless. It is limited to 6 guys as inpatients ( one of the reasons I chose to go). Staff are all great people and you are treated with great respect. You have access to your phone and laptop, enough free time and outside activities to keep you busy. This place saved my life!!! If your undecided its simple, pick up the phone, call Paul and the staff will take care of it from there.

Title: A Life-Changing I recently had the privilege of attending a Healing Pines treatment center, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the life-changing experience it provided. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of warmth, compassion, and genuine care that set the tone for my entire journey towards recovery. First and foremost, the staff at this rehab center deserve all the praise in the world. Their expertise, professionalism, and unwavering support were instrumental in my healing process. They truly went above and beyond to create a safe and nurturing environment, where I felt comfortable opening up about my struggles and fears. The individualized attention and personalized treatment plans tailored to my specific needs were invaluable, ensuring that every aspect of my recovery was addressed with utmost care. The intimate setting of this rehab center played a significant role in my progress. With a limited number of residents, I never felt lost in the crowd or overlooked. Instead, I experienced a strong sense of community and camaraderie among fellow residents, fostering an environment of understanding, empathy, and shared determination. The small group therapy sessions allowed for deep connections and meaningful discussions, which greatly enhanced my healing journey. Look no further.
