My experience with The Health Retreat was personalised to me; numerous one-on-one sessions, along with group daily education, supportive professional staff, daily exercise program, massage, yoga, Wim Hof facilitator, great healthy food and comfortable accommodation. I have returned 3 times since my initial stay, mainly for maintenance, but also for prolonged support through a personal crisis. I would highly recommend this retreat.

This program saved my best friends life. Being a business woman she found herself not making time for herself to address her issues, and look towards the future. Looking back I’m so happy I have my happy, outgoing friend I remember growing up. Writing this is making me emotional.
