Former Client

Prescription Drugs
The admission coordinator suggested I would be able to get my own room and bath and that my insurance was in-network. Turned out upon arrival I had my own room but a shared bath with the opposite sex. Very uncomfortable. I also then learned that the techs have no way of contacting the doctor directly and if anything were to happen they wouldn't know but to call 911 or an ambulance. I didn't feel like they were adequately equipped to deal with emergency issues--no nursing after business hours. The icing on the cake was that they didn't input my medications in their kipu software so I had to inform the techs what I needed. I was there to taper off of medication and no tapering schedule was provided to me. After discharging they wouldn't allow me to leave with the medications they changed for me which is a huge liability. Lastly, I called my insurance and even though the admission coordinator said that they took my insurance, I confirmed with my insurance company they weren't covered. Check with your insurance before coming here.

Review from Rehabs.com

The facility has been open for over a year and promoted alcohol online this speaks volumes about their lack of attention to detail and credibility. Overall, it felt they were more interested in creating a Luxury Escape vs truly addressing addiction.
