About Hope Valley Recovery
Hope Valley Recovery offers a comprehensive and uniquely structured treatment program for adults with addiction and co-occurring disorders, specializing in a 4-phase treatment model that is personally tailored to meet each individual’s specific needs. Rooted in compassion, they aim to provide a transformative experience that improves mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
4-Phase Treatment Model
Treatment at Hope Valley is structured in phases: revive, renew, rebuild, and reintegrate. A 24/7 medically supervised detox represents phase 1. Hope Valley is able to accommodate individuals with heroin and opiate addictions, alcohol, marijuana, benzodiazepines, cocaine, and other stimulants. Detox may involve daily assessments and evaluations, individual and group counseling, psycho-education, peer support, case management and detailed recovery planning. Clients in need may receive medication-assisted treatment (MAT) during this phase to help ease cravings and withdrawal.
Phase 2 is a 45 residential program in a clinically monitored environment, focused on understanding the disease of addiction and overcoming barriers. Residential care may include gender-specific groups, health and wellness education and support, medication management family counseling, 12 Step recovery participation and sponsorship, and client elective groups.
Outpatient and Aftercare
Phase 3 offers an intensive outpatient program, where clients are moved off-site and into Hope Valley’s transitional housing. Transitional housing and outpatient services assist clients in implementing the tools they learned in phase 2, with a focus on life skills development. Clients have support with college placement and tutoring, trade school enrollment, job training, volunteer opportunities, housing or transportation assistance and more as they continue with treatment on an outpatient basis.
The final phase of treatment is aftercare, supporting clients as they find their own environment and reintegrate into their community. Clients have access to regular aftercare sessions with their primary therapist, with continued access to group counseling, peer support and case management, medication management, mental health therapy, and continued educational or job training and housing support.
Hope Valley Recovery is a CARF accredited facility that accepts medicaid and most major private insurance providers.
