Be very careful! They twist your words and tell you you need inpatient or you go on a 72 hour hold. Upon release they change your date several times to get more money. The help is in adequate! Find a different facility.

Highly recommend you do not attend this facility. I received a number of surprise bills in the mail, and client confidentiality and safety was put at risk due to staff not following policies and procedures.

13 minutes ago I would never recommend Beckett Springs to anyone. Business practices are unethical. The Doctors will bill you by the day not by how many times they see you or the actual time with them. The Psychiatrist billed me one thousand for three fifteen minute sessions while inside Beckett Springs. The Doctor I saw one time for my physical during intake charged me seven hundred for a physical. I was a patient for seven days and saw these two doctors for a total of about two hours. Basically, they charged one thousand an hour. ABSURD! When I entered, Beckett Springs stated I was to pay my 1500 deductible and the insurance would handle the rest. That's probably the pitch they give everyone. I understand Doctors are separate entities working inside the facility like contractors. Today the facility just sent me another bill for 700 dollars. Four months later. They lied. I could have bought my child braces for what this facility will charge you to be admitted even with insurance. ABSURD. The level of care and help was not worth the money Ive been billed out of pocket and who knows how much my insurance company was ripped off for. Insurance companies should blacklist this money grab scam company. 14k is what it costs for 7 days. My insurance was billed 10k. I was billed 4k. Buyer beware.

They were dishonest about being able to treat my son's condition otherwise I would've chosen Children's hospital. My son developed an attitude towards us that previously had never existed after the therapist convinced him that we were being ridiculous even though he had committed 2 crimes. They never followed through on the treatment plan either and then refused to provide his medical records even though requested for continued care by his providers.

Review from Rehabs.com

This facility provides inpatient care. The Social Worker schedules appointments for the patient when the patient leaves, but forgets to write down the out patient physicians addresses so the patient cannot follow up easily. This is very poor service. In addition, the financial department will take all your credit card information and will not tell you their last name in case something happens. Patients and patient's families are told there is always a doctor on the premises. The employees are not skilled in following through and providing what follow up patient's need.
