The staff and therapists are the reason this is such a great treatment center. Their knowledge of the disease and the genuine care and compassion for the clients makes learning and trusting so much easier. It provides alot of exposure to 12 step programs with is the key in staying sober after you live a treatment center. The only weakenss they have is that their building is getting old.

i think it was a great place to open up and let your guard down and the therapists and staff are the best around. Strengths: individual counseling, good group activities and good lessons.

Although I left early, the detox facility is top notch. You get treated as an adult you can go out to smoke when you want all hours of the nght without a tech it is coed which is nice to be trusted with the opposite sex as an adult because in the real world we are going to be around the opposite sex if you can't sleep because you are sick in detox you are allowed to go out of your room and watch tv in the kitchen area. They have nice comfortable couches to watch TV, it is smaller groups of people to get the attention you need, the food well is rehab food think hospital food - the only thing I had a problem with is they were a little stingy with medicine in detox and uncomfortable people don't stay

The time I spent at Greenbriar, both inpatient and outpatient, has forever changed my life for the best. I will forever be grateful for all that Greenbriar did for me and my family. I now have over 7 years clean and can honestly say that without Greenbriar I would not be where I am today. Everyone there wants you to succeed and will do whatever they can to make your experience personalized and manageable. Thank you so much Greenbriar for giving my family the real ME back!

I do not even know where to start... this place was a JOKE!!! Helpful absolutely not. So unprofessional it was unbelievable!!! I now have sobriety with a different source, but if ANYONE wants to spend your money or insurance money in a facility that is so poorly run!!!! The food is from the left over hospital snd is delivered in a van that is not even catering possibly safe... the sessions were a joke! The place where we had breakfast , lunch, dinner is where we had “ therapy “ sessions. The beds are horrible. The staff was RUDE, knowing that we were going through issues... everything everything was terrible . The staff / speakers were so into their own stories that’s all they they talked about!!! It was the worst worst worst experience and I would never never ever recommend this place to anyone. I am sober now but to no thanks to greenbrier!!!?!!

We love hearing about your treatment experience
