Care Options

Levels of Care

Everyone's recovery journey is unique. Whether it looks like residential rehab for 30 days, an outpatient program, or virtual therapy, you can find a level of care that fits your needs.
Detox
Not Offered at This Center
Typically the initial stage of treatment for substance use, focusing on medically supervised management of withdrawal symptoms.
Residential Rehab
Offering intensive care with 24/7 monitoring, residential substance use treatment is typically 30 days. Length can range from 14 to 90 days.
Sober Living
Not Offered at This Center
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.
Day Treatment
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Intensive Outpatient Program
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.
Outpatient

Virtual & In-Home Care
Not Offered at This Center
The delivery of therapeutic services utilizing technology such as video conferencing, online messaging or phone calls, allowing for flexibility, comfort and increased access to care.
Intensive Inpatient
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Co-Occurring Mental Health
Treatment for co-occurring mental health disorders, which affect the majority of individuals diagnosed, integrates care for mental health conditions with primary substance use. Personalized care plans are crafted to effectively address each condition simultaneously, optimizing the healing process.

I was in peachford medical for mental issues they took care of their patients with care and always alert to our needs they kept activities going they were very organized and structured I was in good hands when I was there the nurses were passionate you could tell they cared. When I left the unit I was in I went straight into the php program I was put into an apartment my psychiatrist set that up for me he said I would be a good candidate for that I stayed in the apartment and went to classes everyday the doctors in the p.h.p program were outstanding you could tell they knew their stuff I learned so much about myself and what my issues were I learned a whole new way of thinking I learned cognitive behavior i nowhave control of my thought process it turned me and my life around to positive not negative changed me and my life completely I'm a totally different person now strong independent the major thing I learned was I'm in control of me what surrounds me what affects me what enters my personal space no one but me and I'm in control of my own decisions and I also have consequences for my decisions and actions so im sure you can guess what my main issue was from hearing all that im CO DEPENDANT theres more but that is what has controled my whole life God blessed me when I was sent there

Admitted after a suicide attempt. I have anxiety, ptsd, adhd. I was TERRIFIED. They took my comfort items away, and forced me to sit in the common room, sobbing hysterically while the staff ignored me. fellow patients did more to help me than staff

Review from Rehabs.com

The staff there were very nice & caring. They always went out of their way to make sure that everyone was taking of. No they didn’t hurry up for the patients that wanted things their way or right now, the staff did what they could do at the right time. The staff was always up beat and eager to help with groups and listen to us when we had questions. So yes I would absolutely go back there if I needed to because the staff made sure that there was nothing wrong with being there

Review from Rehabs.com

Was in the adolescent girls ward for 6 days. Got out early because I feared for my safety. One of the techs was a bit rude in his introduction but all in all, we needed to treat everyone with respect and we would get respect back. When I voiced this, another girl got up to try and fight me, but luckily another tech pulled her out before she got to me. I told my mom that night what happened and she demanded she spoke with the nurses, who lied to her saying I was fine, nothing happened, and they had eyes on me the whole time (the folding door between the main room the patients and techs were in and the nurses station (we called the \"fish bowl\") was closed at the time, so they couldn\'t have seen anything). I demanded to speak to a doctor who was on call but was told they wouldn\'t call anyone for me and that there were cameras so I would be \"safe\". Only one nurse would listen to me when I said I was not safe and if I actual did get in a fight I wouldn\'t be able to defend myself. Sadly enough, the techs do more for the patients than the actual nurses. People may say they are mean. I would say only one or two of them were, but I was treated with respect by them because I treated them with respect, which they explained to everyone that they would be treated the same if they did the same to them. I have reactive arthritis from a condition I had and the techs gave me pillows to sit on the hard chairs/floor, which was really appreciated. My parents nor I were told that couldn\'t have certain medications while I was their, i.e. tramadol for my pain, before I was admitted. I was instead offered ibuprofen, which is absolute bs. I wouldn\'t be on tramadol in the first place if ibuprofen or any other over-the-counter pain medicine worked. Keep in mind I was not in this hospital for drug abuse or anything related to drug abuse. The doctors were nice and understanding, and although they had to be reminded a few times of why I was there (which is understandable since they have so many patients to keep track of), they made sure to listen to everything I had to say and they treated me like a normal person, not some crazy freak like you would sort of expect doctors in mental hospitals to do. As for the food, it wasn\'t the best, but it wasn\'t the worst. They allowed patients to get seconds if they wanted them, and the food would be as good as it gets for people who have to prepare so much every day for hundreds of patients.

Review from Rehabs.com

My child was here for a week and I feared for their safety and mental health more than I did when they were in our home. The environment is more prison than hospital, the therapy uncontrolled, and the staff -- particularly the head nurse -- both unresponsible and hostile. I would not let these people care for my dog...and the faact that they are charged with caring for children is terrifying.
