This provider delivers inpatient, outpatient, and partial hospitalization programs (PHP) for substance use and mental health needs. Adults access medically managed detoxification, short-term rehabilitation, and psychiatric stabilization for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia, and co-occurring disorders. Children and adolescents participate in inpatient psychiatric care for emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric concerns, with academic support provided through an on-unit school program. The Branches wellness and recovery program offers flexible outpatient services as an alternative to inpatient care or as step-down support after hospitalization.

Integrate Evidence-Based and Expressive Therapies

Adult programs incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group and individual counseling, medication management, psychoeducation, and relapse prevention. Recreational and expressive therapies include art, music, yoga, pet therapy, relaxation therapy, therapeutic writing, and leisure awareness groups. Daily 12-Step meetings support recovery from substance use. Youth programs offer crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, school programming, recreational activities, and family involvement to support stabilization and skill-building.

Balance Treatment with Wellness Activities

Patients stay in shared rooms, and two rooms connect to a shared bathroom. The kitchen team prepares kosher meals and other special dietary accommodations. The hospital maintains a designated smoking area. Structured schedules balance therapy, wellness activities, and outdoor time, while teachers deliver academic instruction through an on-unit school program for youth.

Care Options

Levels of Care

Substance use and mental health issues can occur simultaneously or as primary conditions. Effective treatment explores how mental health conditions contribute to addiction, and vice-versa. Many rehabs treat substance use disorders and mental health conditions with personalized care plans.
Residential
Not Offered at This Center
Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Sober Living
Not Offered at This Center
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.
Day Treatment
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Intensive Outpatient Program
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.
Outpatient
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Virtual & In-Home Care
The delivery of therapeutic services utilizing technology such as video conferencing, online messaging or phone calls, allowing for flexibility, comfort and increased access to care.
Intensive Inpatient
The highest level of care, medically managed with 24-hour nursing and physician care in a residential or medically-based setting, and can include any combination of medication, counseling and therapy.
Licensed Primary Mental Health
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Co-Occurring Disorders
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Review from Rehabs.com

Food was a grade above jail. Sleeping area and bathroom was very clean but similar to a jail in that no belts or shoe stings of any kind were allowed and only a small bath towel (no wash cloth), 1fitted sheet, 1bedsheet and 1blanket were provided with a plush gym mattress atop a solid wooden frame. Again it was nicer than jail but not by that much. I did find however the staff to be, for the most part very caring with a genuine compassion for their patients care, comfort and well-being. The staff can only work with what they're given though and though I found that to be lacking the bill was paid for by the state. Thank you my fellow American tax paying citizens. This place saves lives every hour of every day.

The hospital took no accountability for my privacy being violated repeatedly by a fellow patient who was live streaming audio and video from her cellphone during group therapy sessions. Clinicians and directors lied to me to protect each other. Awful
