I had a positive experience at Valley Hospital. I went there seeking alcohol addiction rehab &:education. I went in with sn open mind and a willingness to learn. I felt like I was given the tools to help me stay sober. I'm proud to say I am.

Dirty, horrible food, stupid groups, and the staff treats you like a 2 year old. Far better facilities in the Phoenix area. Avoid this place unless it's a last resort.

Review from Rehabs.com

Valley Hospital took good care of me. When I arrived, I could not take care of myself. They built trust quickly and they helped me with my requests (ie. I needed some sunshine and to sit outside-even though it was 105 degrees-it was what I NEEDED and they worked together as a team with me to help make that happen). I felt valued there and that helped me remember that I AM valued. The little things like that made all the difference in my healing. And there were several. The staff were pretty great. Group sessions were hard to attend sometimes, (I would have rather just read the information-or been part of a smaller group), but every one is at such a different place in their treatment that it must be challenging to run such classes. Although I have no desire to ever go back to Valley Hospital, I will always be grateful that they were there for me and helped me climb out of my well. Not every nurse was my absolute favorite, but I also learned that I am an important person in my treatment plan and my own best advocate. And for that, I can I give them nothing but the highest marks! Thank you to your doctors, nurses and staff. Two years later, I am not a DIFFERENT person, but now I'm being my best version of ME! With gratitude, A.E.
