About Ibiza Calm
On a 13-hectare private estate in the north of Ibiza, the clinic offers an environment surrounded by Mediterranean beauty that supports deep recovery. With space for only 12 clients at a time, each person receives individualised care from an international team who can provide one-to-one treatment in English, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, or Italian. From substance use and behavioural addictions to mental health challenges, Ibiza Calm helps clients feel safe, understood, and ready to build a healthier future.
Find a Balance between Science and Soul
With no more than 12 clients at a time, every client receives utmost attention, care, and space to heal. The approach blends proven therapies with holistic practices—counselling, group work, yoga, fitness, and creative therapies—as well as an on-site TMS machine and weekly equine therapy—supporting both mind and body throughout recovery. Family involvement and tailored aftercare are part of every plan, making sure clients are supported as they step back into daily life.
Embrace the Island’s Spirit of Healing
Comfort is part of the healing at Ibiza Calm. Set among palms, citrus, and olive trees, with sweeping views that instantly quiet the mind, the estate feels more like a retreat than a clinic. Days can be spent unwinding by the pool or finding balance in the gym, while therapy sessions take place in bright, welcoming spaces. Each client has a private ensuite room.
Keep Moving toward a Brighter Future
Every client is introduced to the aftercare program before leaving, so they step back into daily life knowing continued support is in place. Weekly online sessions, led by a psychotherapist, give clients a safe space to share, stay connected, and keep building on the progress they’ve made.
