Their inpatient programme is a highly structured program where individuals will eat main meals and snacks at the same time each day under the care and support of a counsellor or recovery assistant. Patients will attend individual and group therapy sessions along with participating in diverse holistic treatments and movement/exercise. In addition, the programme includes dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), art therapy, yoga, 12-Step fellowships, and eating disorder support groups. Imani values family involvement and strives to keep family members involved during the treatment process.
