Triumph's Parent‑Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is a three-year, intensive home-visitation initiative designed for mothers who experienced substance use during pregnancy. It is based in Yakima, Washington, and operates through regular case manager visits in the client’s home setting.

Stay Supported Through Every Stage of Recovery

This program serves mothers who used alcohol or drugs during pregnancy and who require support in connecting with treatment and community services. Case managers meet at least twice monthly, help clients set goals, engage in treatment, maintain recovery, access family planning services, and stay current with child-health and immunization needs.
