Tuition is calculated on a daily rate. We offer families that are paying tuition privately an underinsured/uninsured discounted rate. Our daily treatment rate does not include psychiatric assessments, doctor, and medications, dental, vision and travel, Speech, Language or Occupational therapies. There is also a one-time enrollment fee and a 30-day deposit due on admission.

About Intermountain Residential
Intermountain Residential supports children ages 4-13 with behavioral health challenges. Their 40-acre campus in Helena, Montana, includes three cottages housing up to 24 children. Treatment encompasses clinical assessments, individualized plans, therapy sessions, medication management, an accredited on-campus school, and engaging outdoor and community activities.

Clinicians apply a developmental lens to assess attachment and connection patterns. Each cottage has an in-house therapist, ensuring therapy remains a consistent, integrated part of daily life.
