Laguna’s staff includes 20+ registered nurses, 10+ counselors, 4 case managers, and 3 doctors. Many of the staff who work with patients are in recovery themselves and personally understand the effects of addiction, and that recovery is within anyone’s reach.
Evidence-Based Therapies
Treatment at Laguna includes individual and group therapy, family support and therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), as well as 12-Step programs and secular alternatives like SMART Recovery. Holistic therapeutic approaches include yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Medications for opioid and alcohol use disorders are also available when appropriate for patients. With a combination of clinical and holistic care, clients can receive the comprehensive, effective treatment they need to find healing.
A Hotel-Like Experience
The Laguna Treatment facility offers a hotel-like experience. Standard rooms with plush linens sleep two, but single-occupancy rooms are also available at an additional cost for clients seeking extra privacy. Laguna has an outdoor pool, a gym, and a recreation room with ping-pong and other games. Laguna also offers 3 nutritious chef-prepared meals each day so patients can nourish their bodies and find physical healing.
