The centre’s offerings address a range of substance use disorders, behavioural addictions such as gambling and video gaming, and support co-occurring mental health conditions like PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Services include medically supervised detox, residential treatment, and transitional living options. Stays typically range from 3 to 12 months.

Develop Strength Through Peer Support

The Social Model programme at Last Door highlights the interplay of biological, psychological, and social factors in recovery. This peer-oriented process encourages participation in group therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and family counselling. Additional support includes meditation, acupuncture, nutritional and fitness guidance, and 12-step integration. Through meaningful connections and community involvement, clients strengthen their Recovery Capital—the internal and external resources essential for sustained recovery.

Relax and Connect in Therapeutic Settings

Clients begin their recovery journey in shared accommodations to encourage connection and reduce isolation. As clients progress, private rooms may become available. The main facility features a homelike environment, while the Keystone Retreat—a 50-acre rural property—includes amenities such as a heated pool, sauna, billiards, media room, and gardens. Staff serves nutritious meals and arrange airport pickup for out-of-town clients.

Create Resilient Networks for Lifelong Healing

Family involvement plays a key role in Last Door's approach. The Family Programme offers counselling, educational workshops, and support groups for partners, parents, and siblings. This holistic strategy ensures that clients and their families develop the tools and support systems necessary for long-term recovery.
