Review from Rehabs.com

I have a close family member that went to the West Palm facility. I was happy they chose this facility because the Mandala Healing Center provided an alternative and natural way to recovery. Recovery is difficult for the family and the addict. I was told by the family member they liked the way the addiction is addressed and the counseling. For myself, the therapist spoke with me and the family member on conference calls. Not only did the primary therapist help him, but the techniques we discussed on how to approach recovery were very insightful to myself. I know counseling had a positive result with my son. I'm very thankful for the care and counseling received at the Mandala Recovery Center.

Far from the most glamorous, but they have a great program. The floor staff are cool for the most part, and the food is decent. The daytime classes are good and varied, and the staff are engaging. The counselors and case managers are top notch. They also have speakers come in most nights. Many activities are only available at certain times. I recommend doing them all when you get a chance. I never thought I would yoga, but I ended up looking forward to it.You will be in a room with up to 3 other people, so don't expect much privacy. the beds and bathrooms are nice, and you have your own TV. You will be around other people most of the time, which I honestly think is a good thing. There will always be difficult people in a group of that size, but when most people finish the detox portion they settle in. Like any large group, be sure to advocate for yourself. The guys on the floor are busy, but stick with it to get taken care of.

Review from Rehabs.com

My therapist's method of communication with me one on one, as well as in our group setting, was one that I haven't experienced from no other detoxification center I've been in. He the staff and the nurses really care. My experience there made me choose to keep going with more treatment after leaving thank you staff and everyone. Love this place!!! Don't wanna go back under the circumstances that I was there for but if needed to I'd got back in a N.Y minute.

The best place if you want to detox off of whatever you are on. They accommodate you in every single way that they can and then they put you in the PHP and then from there they find you a place to go to. They are awesome.
