As a world-class residential facility, the Milestones Method offers an integrative framework for treatment that includes research-based modalities such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as relapse-prevention oriented strategies.
Individualized treatment plans are formulated by a team of professionals and determined by the client’s unique personality traits, strengths, and needs. Milestone Ranch allows clients to set their own treatment goals and use state-of-the-art therapies such as Communication Coaching, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Life Skills Training. In addition, Milestones Ranch offers exposure therapy to build the client up through social and sober activities, providing the practical skills and confidence needed to socialize without the use of drugs.
