My Time Recovery pairs evidence-based and experiential therapies with a social support model to help adults find recovery from drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring disorders. Their programs include an on-site medical detox, residential and day treatment, and age-specific intensive outpatient programs.

The residential center, located in the beautiful California Central Valley, offers private and semi-private rooms with pool access and an indoor and outdoor lounge area. Clients are also encouraged to participate in off-site activities such as adventure therapy, art therapy, yoga therapy, and sound therapy. In addition to experiential therapies, they’ll receive dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and trauma-focused therapy in both 1-on-1 and group sessions. Therapists at My Time Recovery are trained to treat co-occurring mental health conditions such as social anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation as part of their dual diagnosis model.

My Time Recovery is LegitScript and Joint Commission accredited. They rely on their medical staff, trained therapists, and peer support to best help individuals through recovery.
