Care Options

Levels of Care

Substance use and mental health issues can occur simultaneously or as primary conditions. Effective treatment explores how mental health conditions contribute to addiction, and vice-versa. Many rehabs treat substance use disorders and mental health conditions with personalized care plans.
Residential
Residential programs for substance use and mental health with structured care and 24/7 monitoring. Treatment takes place on-site, with behavioral health professionals often providing care in group, individual, and family settings.
Sober Living
Not Offered at This Center
Transitional housing designed to support individuals recovering from substance use disorders offering a safe, supportive and structured environment for practicing long-term sobriety, while reintegrating back into daily living.
Day Treatment
In a PHP, patients live at home but follow an intensive schedule of treatment. Most programs require you to be on-site for about 40 hours per week.
Intensive Outpatient Program
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) falls between inpatient care and traditional outpatient services, with therapy and skills-building activities designed to support recovery and provide flexibility. IOP is ideal for those needing support but not the 24/7 care of a residential facility.
Outpatient
Outpatient treatment offers flexible therapeutic and medical care without the need to stay overnight in a hospital or inpatient facility. Outpatient care typically offers a range of therapies and medical interventions individuals can attend alongside daily life.
Virtual & In-Home Care
Not Offered at This Center
The delivery of therapeutic services utilizing technology such as video conferencing, online messaging or phone calls, allowing for flexibility, comfort and increased access to care.
Licensed Primary Mental Health
Some primary care providers offer mental health diagnosis and treatment. This can prevent patients from developing more serious conditions.
Co-Occurring Disorders
Substance use and mental health can occur simultaneously as co-occurring disorders. Treatment for co-occurring disorders involves therapy and other personalized interventions to address both conditions.

Do not chose New Creation, all they care about is your insurance company's money. I spent 30 days in a house. It cost me over $42,000, and about $10,000 out of pocket! They made me sign an "IOU” for $3,500 or they wouldn't give me a "return to work"

New Creations saved my life. I arrived spiritually broken and emotionally destroyed on the verge of losing everything. The structured program, knowledgeable and empathic staff gave me hope that I could change my life if I willing to put in the work. I took their suggestions and as a result have been clean/sober for 14 months. My stay involved classes such as life skills, relaspe prevention, mindfulness, art therapy, anger management, yoga and physical activities. I met with a personal therapist privately twice weekly, attended 12 step meetings at least 5 times weekly as well as outings to the store to purchase personal items. We,as residents, were together most of the day and we formed bonds and trusting relationships. At times staff seemed unorganized due to lack of communication when getting all the residents together for an activity and was frustrating at times. The staff proved to be educated, kind and empathic. My counselor was available to me when she was in house and gave me the time I needed. I was able to set personal goals, given resident goals and assignments to help me progress in my recovery and spiritual growth. Yes .... there are rules, chores and expections but all they all serviced a purpose. New Creations gave me hope, insight and a strong foundation for recovery so that I could change and live clean/sober and happy today.

This facility and owners are ... only after your money... I was there for 3 weeks and saw the doctor once, I didn't even see the doctor when I first checked into the program. ... The so-called counselors do not have proper training other than be ex addicts themselves. Some had only been sober for 6 months! The facilities are not up to date. You only leave the house to go to meetings and maybe Walmart once. You do not get one on one time to rehabilitate. You're always with a group of people and they make you talk personal information and things even if you are to uncomfortable to do so. I needed urgent medical care and there was NO doctor or nurse on site or around to take care of me. I was in a State and city where I knew no one. They expected me to ask a stranger to borrow there phone. I was left at the hospital for over 24 hours by myself with no way back until they had some free time to come get me. Do not send your daughters or any woman to this rehab. It is not safe.... All they care about is getting your money and trying to make you and your family believe you are not ready to return home and try to get you to stay longer at the rehab so they can make more money off you. I can go on and on about how horrible this place is. I just want to warn people and their families that this is NOT the place to send your loved ones to get rehabilitated or get sober.

We love hearing about your treatment experience
