Guests start the day off practicing gratitude and engaging in recovery readings, followed by a nutritious and delicious breakfast. “On weekends, guests at Ocean Hills follow a more relaxed recovery routine from the busy, therapy-focused weekdays. Yoga, nature walks, biking or bowling and hot pool visits are led by Weekend Programme Facilitator Liz Webster.” Aftercare is just as important as initial treatment, so Ocean Hills alumni meet online to support each other which guided by a professional team.
