Provider's Policy

We accept most commercial insurance plans for psychiatric medication management. We also accept some insurance plans for counseling, however, a very limited number of our counselors are able to see clients using insurance as payment which limits appointment availability.

A Christ-centered mental health care clinic, Branches offers hope and healing for the mind, body, and spirit for all, using clinical therapies, medication, and coaching. They welcome everyone no matter what their beliefs are, and have clinicians who can work with children, teens, and adults. Branches has state-licensed counselors and all of their pastoral counselors meet the requirements of the National Christian Counselors Association. Their Mount Juliet clinic is located in the Towne Center Office Complex.

Experience Hope, Healing, and Growth

Branches services include mental health counseling, psychiatric medication management, life coaching, support groups, educational and inspirational programs, and 5-day intensive outpatient programs. They offer care for church pastors and also partner with churches to provide Christ-centered counseling to church members. They can provide training for staff or church members on various topics like health communication and conflict resolution and suicide awareness and prevention.

Receive Specialized Care with Proven Therapies

Branches offers tailored care designed to meet the unique needs of individuals and families. For trauma, they use both the Murray Method and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to help clients process past wounds in a safe, structured way. For grief and loss, they use the Grief Recovery Method, helping individuals take steps to process emotions and move forward from experiencing loss. Additionally, children ages 5 and up can access play therapy, where young clients can express feelings and build coping skills in a developmentally-appropriate.

Removing Barriers to Well-Being

Branches never turns anyone away from services due to financial barriers. They offer income-based reduced rates and also have generous donors, who make scholarships possible and allow people to pay as little as $0 for treatment. To further increase accessibility, Branches also provides virtual visits for most services, helping individuals receive consistent care from the comfort of home.
