About CleanSlate Centers Elkhart
CleanSlate Centers in Elkhart is an outpatient facility offering behavioral healthcare and specialized treatment for addiction. Their care team develops personalized recovery plans for clients and provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) specifically designed for adults struggling with alcohol and opioid addictions. Clients can receive MAT to reduce cravings and manage withdrawal symptoms, while also receiving comprehensive support for co-occurring mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma through their outpatient program.
