To ensure optimal results, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is usually combined with counseling and mental health services. Furthermore, CleanSlate provides a program for pregnant women, featuring medical oversight to protect the well-being of both the mother and her baby.
Well-Rounded Approach

Their services include MAT, individual and group therapy, and family therapy. Upon discharge, clients are assisted with housing services, transportation, employment counseling, and aftercare support from certified recovery coaches. CleanSlate is CARF-accredited and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance plans. The Merrillville location is open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM, Wednesday from 8 AM to 7 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM. This location also offers new patient walk-in hours from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday.
