They blend holistic practices with evidence-based methods such as medication-assisted treatment (MAT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

These include a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), dual diagnosis treatment, and gender-specific group therapy.
