Footprints to Recovery Mental Health empowers clients with the tools and knowledge they need to reclaim their lives from mental health struggles and embark on a fulfilling journey of personal growth and self-empowerment. They offer 3 levels of outpatient care: day treatment (also called partial hospitalization, PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient programs. Each level of care offers evidence-based and holistic therapies, medication management, and life-skills training.

Receive Empowering Therapies & Tools

Footprints strongly emphasizes creating treatment plans meticulously tailored to meet clients’ specific needs, ensuring a more effective approach to recovery. Their holistic approach extends beyond merely addressing the symptoms of mental illness; they delve into the root causes, exploring any underlying issues that contribute to each client’s struggles. Treatment methods include individual counseling, group therapy, family therapy sessions, and supportive activities to rebuild physical health, enhance emotional well-being, and develop coping strategies. By combining approaches like eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), reiki, horticultural therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based and experiential modalities, Footprints helps clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and build the skills needed for long-term stability.

Move Forward With the Right Level of Care

With Footprints' 3 levels of outpatient treatment, clients can take the necessary steps to better themselves while living at home and maintaining daily responsibilities. In day treatment, clients participate 4-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. The intensive outpatient program delivers 9-15 hours of treatment per week, providing more flexibility to tend to family, work, and school obligations. Their outpatient program offers 3 hours of treatment once or twice weekly.

Maintain Progress with Fellow Alumni

Footprints goes above and beyond to provide ongoing support after clients complete their treatment. Their comprehensive aftercare and alumni programs offer a wide range of resources, including support groups and follow-up care, to empower clients to maintain their mental health and wellness.
