Integrative Life Center Music Row is an outpatient program treating mental health and substance use disorders. Integrative Life Center offers a full continuum of care, with a partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) available at their Music Row location. Their licensed staff are trained to address mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, and substance use disorders. They use a wide range of holistic therapies like yoga, equine therapy, psychodrama, meditation, martial arts, and music therapy in their treatment planning. In addition to individual and group therapy sessions, clients are expected to attend 12-Step or other recovery-focused meetings on a weekly basis.

Life Skills

Integral to the treatment experience is the expansion of life skills. Integrative Life Center incorporates life skills education into the weekly schedule through activities like nutrition, cooking, and personal finances. To increase their physical and recreational skills and enjoyment, clients receive a complimentary YMCA membership to use at their leisure.

Gender-Specific Housing

While attending outpatient treatment, clients have the option to live in gender-specific housing. Integrative Life Center Music Row has two 8-bed houses available for clients, both within walking distance of the treatment center. Men and women live in separate houses, with each house having an assigned resident assistant. These houses provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere while transitioning to a lower level of care.
